We are seeking a compassionate and independent problem solver to join our collaborative behavioral health team as a therapist. This essential role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to meet our patients' needs. The ideal candidate will work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities and collaborating with other providers, the director, and staff members.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- LADC preferred but not required.
- License / Certificates :
- Participation in professional organizations and membership preferred.

- Flexibly manage schedule with a keen awareness of individual and team patient caseloads.

- ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in CRMC employee health and community events to support the overall wellness of the community.
- Collaborate with the medical weight management and bariatric services team to support patients seeking these services.
- Provide support to patients receiving services through the Employee Assistance Program to maintain the health and well-being of our CRMC community.
- Demonstrate leadership by participating in program development within the department to best support the facility's needs.
- Perform other duties based on role as needs arise.
- Professional Clinic Svc
Education and Experience :
Fully licensed in Minnesota as a LMFT, LICSW, or LPC.
Relevant certification for areas of specialty.
Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
Maintain a multi-disciplinary approach while partnering with other providers and prioritizing patient needs.
Establish and maintain a caseload of outpatient clients with various needs by providing diagnostic assessments, therapy services, and thorough documentation.
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $79,758-$82,680. Please keep in mind that the actual pay rate offered could be higher for some candidates depending on many factors including each individual employee's experience level and / or preferred education or certifications.
