What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Therapist - LICSW position at Riverwood Healthcare Center Aitkin Hospital?
Riverwood Healthcare Center is looking for a full time LICSW Behavioral Health Therapist to join our growing Behavioral Health team. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate good judgment, possess the ability to provide personalize and compassionate healthcare, as well as respond appropriately to stressful conditions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, committed to providing excellent care and creating an exceptional patient experience. Must have a Masters Degree in Social Work ( MSW ). Preferably licensed as a LICSW in Minnesota; or have completed clinical hours required and ability to obtain LICSW . Alternatively we can provide supervision for a qualified candidate with a MSW degree needing to obtain clinical hours in order to obtain an LICSW . Prefer two years inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience. DBT and / or EMDR therapy experience preferred.
