Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Property Manager with exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills for the 84-unit apartment community of Greenburg Oaks Apartments. This property features a BBQ/picnic area, playground, and basketball court.
The Affordable Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill this role with the qualities mentioned above.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and advertising the property
- Maintaining the property's appearance and functionality
- Screening potential residents and approving or denying applications
- Collecting rent and managing cash flow
- Serving notices and handling evictions as necessary
- Preparing reports and agreements for residents and management
Requirements:
- Two years of previous customer service experience
- One year of previous property management experience
- Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and TEAMS
- Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for after-hours emergencies
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
