We are a reputable pest control company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pest Control Start Technicians for the 2025 season (March–September). This position primarily serves Spokane, Tri-Cities, Moses Lake, Lewiston, and surrounding areas, with travel between Western Washington and North Idaho. For top performers, this seasonal role has the potential to transition into a full-time, year-round position.

Responsibilities
- Provide same-day pest control services in coordination with our sales team.
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans while ensuring customer safety.
- Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments to control and prevent infestations.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and provide long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical stamina to handle equipment, bend, climb, and lift as needed.
