TECHNICIAN:
We are a family-owned and operated Pest Control Company that takes pride in serving our community. We are looking for motivated, customer service-oriented technicians to join our team. Prior pest control experience is NOT required. We are looking for people who love working as a team (while being independent), thrive off of mentorship, and have a desire for leadership & future management. Croach could be the place for you.
As a technician, you are the face of our team! You are responsible for completing your daily route, providing peace of mind & top-notch customer service to your customers, retaining your customer base, and attending weekly meetings for comprehensive training. We take care of our techs, we provide additional incentives, and we like to do BBQs and other fun things at work.

- Pass MVR, drug screen, and background checks
- Flexible work schedule (EXCEPT We never work Sundays!)
