Job Purpose: Perform duties including but not limited to supervising daily operations, warehouse inventory management, material prep and packaging for jobs, truck driving, trailer loading and unloading, delivery and pick up of materials and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive inventory/unload trucks; stock inventory in warehouse; perform various tasks.
- Crate, band, and shrink wrap materials in preparation for shipping.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly warehouse inventory counts to maintain proper stock levels.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to fulfill a BOM or work order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory warehouse.
- Future development and support of regional offices inventory systems.
- Handle inventory adjustments, transfers, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on inventory in a timely manner.
- Observe and follow all mandatory safety procedures, including the use of all personal protective equipment.
- Must possess the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred).
- Construction materials experience or warehouse inventory management.
Other requirements
- Must possess basic Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft skills.
- Ability to learn Costpoint and RFgen software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Be able to obtain Hazmat certifications.
- Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Product Data Sheets (PDS).
- Certifications: OSHA 10, First Aid, and CPR.
Working Conditions
- Must wear appropriate work attire including work boots and PPE.
- Works inside a warehouse.
- Works outside and exposed to the elements.
- Exposed to hazardous materials.
- Exposed to frequent loud noises.
- Exposed to dangerous machinery.
- Generally, works five 8-hour days, although overtime may occur.
