Cromwell Automotive is an established (25 years) and respected business with an outstanding reputation in the community. We want to expand these qualities to additional product lines. This is an opportunity to work with a dealer that knows what it’s doing and driven by customer service.
Position Summary:
1-4 years in equipment sales, parts or service in a related field or, someone who already knows the ropes and can be affective in a part time position; you know who you are – let’s talk. We’ll enhance your skills and train if you’re the right fit. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with customers within a defined territory. This opportunity includes Bobcat Compact Tractors/Attachments, Utility Vehicles (Side by Sides) - Gravely Commercial Mowers Utility Vehicles - Fisher/Boss Plows for all makes of equipment - Cross Country Trailers, EZ-Dumper and other manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Engage: Visit, cold call new and existing customers to introduce our new products while discovering short and long term needs. This includes, but not limited to, municipal/city departments, contractors of all types and landscapers.
Product Selling: Assist customers in selecting the right equipment, suggest additional options, and provide financing solutions.
Quoting & Closing Deals: Develop quotations based on company guidelines, prepare sales contracts, and process closing paperwork.
Financing: Better than average understanding of finance options. Cromwell Automotive management will support this effort.
Event Participation: Represent Cromwell Automotive at trade shows, fairs, and industry events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years in equipment sales or a related field or someone who already knows the ropes and can be affective in a part time position. Skills: Strong sales and marketing abilities, excellent communication, and basic math skills. Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with contract negotiations, financing, and titling. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Pay: $21.00 - $25.25 per hour
