Job Summary
The Office Manager is a critical role responsible for the efficient and accurate management of CFS's bookkeeping and records. This individual will take raw data from sales and operations teams and maintain organized and accessible records. This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage the intricacies of our business operations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Financial Management:
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks (including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processinggenerate 1099’s, w2’s and financial reporting)
- Accurate and timely data entry of sales, deliveries, and product information provided by sales and operations teams
- Record keeping in a clear, organized, and easily accessible manner
- Assisting the CFO with creating projections, financial forecasts, and data analysis
- Facilitate Health Insurance and 401K retirement plan
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintaining and updating company licenses, permits, and other essential documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service through:
- Warmly greeting walk-in clients and vendors
- Answering phone calls promptly and courteously
- Managing email correspondence efficiently and professionally
- Willingness to temporarily step into other roles as needed to support the team
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Developing a working knowledge of our products and services
- Coordinating and attending occasional out-of-town trade shows
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in QuickBooks with expertise in managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize the following software:
- Sales & CRM: Pipedrive
- Project Management: Asana
- EOS Management: Ninety
- Team Communication: Ninety.io
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to work on-site at the Cokato, MN office
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Google Suite, social media platforms, WordPress, Shopify, Kit, and Canva
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
