CropGuard Group is searching for a Data Processor/Document Control Specialist to join our crop insurance team. We are a growing company with a HIGH possibility for advancement (to be explained in detail during the interview).
As crop insurance specialists, we provide a dedicated service to our customers. We pride ourselves on sitting down with our customers and discussing changes that occur with Multi-Peril Crop Insurance from year to year.
Primary Responsibilities
- Gathering customer information
- Supporting crop insurance agents through high quality work
- Verifying documents for accuracy
- Working with maps of customers' farming operations
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing mailings, maintaining electronic customer files, and answering phones
- Print status reports to ensure coverage continuation
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating accountability, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration and creativity

Travel Frequency
- Must be available to travel for training
- Approximately 1-4 training trips annually
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and produce accurate reports and documents
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
