Join the award-winning Firmdale Hotels team as a Night Manager at the luxurious Warren Street Hotel. This leadership role oversees all hotel operations during the overnight shift, focusing on Front Office management, night audit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Front Office team to maintain service excellence, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth workflows and a seamless guest experience.
- Conduct staff briefings, updating the overnight team on VIP arrivals, group check-ins, special requests, and other key information.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of the daily night audit.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager, professionally handling guest concerns, complaints, and emergencies.
- Coordinate and manage guest relocations when necessary, ensuring a smooth process in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
- Prepare detailed daily reports summarizing overnight activities for senior management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Front Office Management, Night Audit, or as Manager on Duty in a luxury hotel, preferably in NYC.
- Proficiency in Opera property management software is required.
- FLSD certification is highly desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, approachable demeanor with a guest-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to effectively manage a dynamic team.
