Construction Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Duties

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera and Prolog.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize software like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for project documentation and design reviews.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans.
• Implement effective project management strategies to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Skills

• Proficient in project management software such as HeavyBid, Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and management within the construction industry.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results under pressure.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
