Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera and Prolog.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize software like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for project documentation and design reviews.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans.
- Implement effective project management strategies to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in project management software such as HeavyBid, Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
