Job Description
As a cardiac cath lab technologist in interventional radiology, you'll assist the physician with catheterization of the heart and other minimally invasive procedures. You will work in an operating room, cardiac Cath lab or similar healthcare facility, preparing equipment, assisting surgeons, monitoring patient vitals, helping maintain sterile conditions and more.
You might care for patients undergoing angioplasty, ablation, embolization, stenting, thrombolysis or biopsies. Your responsibilities will include assisting with minimally invasive procedures, working closely with physicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in interventional radiology.
- ARRT Certification.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state license.
