Compensation: $40–$50/hour Benefits (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Cross Country Education team in a school-based position. This role is critical in providing behavioral analysis services, supporting evaluations, and developing intervention plans for PreK–8th grade students. You’ll also provide training and professional development to staff, paraprofessionals, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to support the needs of special education students.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and professional learning for school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues across campuses.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification – Required.
- Master’s Degree – Required.
- 1–3 years of public school experience working with autism and behavior challenges – Preferred.
- Experience supervising ABA Therapists – Preferred.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (34–37.5 hours weekly).
- Hours may vary based on campus schedules.
