What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Business Development (RPO Sales) position at Cross Country Healthcare, Inc.?
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Director of business development has responsibility to build a sustainable pipeline of new and expansion opportunities with customers looking for RPO services. The Director will be a senior customer facing executive level position. The Director will lead conversations with C-suite representatives of hospital systems and internal customer focused team leaders. The Director will drive growth with engagement in RFPs, introducing our services to existing Cross Country clients and direct buyer engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
RPO and Search:
* Grow the RPO business client portfolio in both revenue and profitability
* Define the RPO presentation materials and pitch decks for internal consumption
* Build RPO content for digital marketing (Thought leadership, case studies, and reference materials)
* Work with finance on pricing and profitability models
* Work with Delivery leaders on modeling team and strategy for resourcing new engagements
* Evaluate channel partnerships with other PE firms, consulting firms and GPOs
* Negotiate contracts in line with customer expectations while meeting the objectives of Cross Country
* Create Change Management and operating system to review progress.
* Drive profitable growth by increasing top line revenue, gross margin and contribution income in the workforce solutions division.
* Develop and refine performance metrics that measure successful execution of company initiatives.
* Align division goals with CCH overall goals to ensure maximum growth, profitability, and product development ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL/EDUCATION
* The successful candidate will be considered an industry expert in RPO solutions and TA strategies.
* Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years' Workforce solutions experience.
* sales forecasting and process control is essential.
* Ability to communicate and work in a harmonious, respectful, supportive manner with all internal & external clients.
* Integrity based judgment and decision-making.
* Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
