Basic Purpose
Develop and facilitate selling opportunities for Travel Allied by engaging daily with decision-makers in healthcare organizations across the country to generate new client prospects and qualified leads.
Essential Functions
- Develop ongoing relationships with client prospects that result in opportunities for Allied sales staff to engage directly with the client.
- Product scope includes, Rehab, Imaging, lab, Surgical, Sterile Processing, Respiratory Therapy
- Effectively coordinate conference calls, meetings in varying regions throughout the United States.
- Collaborate with CCA leadership in both Account Management and Recruitment.
- Coordinate on strategic plan to skill market profiles to potential new/prior clients.
- Re-engage old clients with open needs with candidates who have previously worked in their organization.
- Use candidate intel, recruiter intel, and sales intel to reach business leaders of prior and new business contacts.
- Represent Allied at trade shows and professional organization events as needed.
- Maintain a growing database of potential business leads and new business targets.
- Develop and execute a high-volume client outreach effort (75 call per day minimum), primarily by phone/email/social media, performing to established metrics for conversion to new business.
- Successfully navigate internet websites and social media applications to collect targeted market and client information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals/metrics.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related inside sales or business to business role. Allied: Rehab, Imaging, Respiratory, Lab sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success executing a territory penetration plan with clear and measurable outcomes.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills are required, demonstrating the ability to communicate credibly with top decision-makers in major healthcare enterprises.
- Professional presentation style and demeanor conveying warmth and professionalism over the telephone.
- Comfortable with making multiple cold calls into healthcare organizations nationwide to successfully determine appropriate decision-makers.
- Committed to achieving goals and resilient when client interest declines.
- Demonstrated proficiency with geography, reading maps, and adjusting schedules, meetings, and travel times to United States time zones.
- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Suite products in a Windows © environment including, but not limited to, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application is preferred, Salesforce © is ideal.
- Ability to conduct Internet research in an efficient and productive manner.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, quickly changing, client-driven environment with changing demands and, at times, conflicting assignments.
- Travel Requirements – 15 – 20%
- Must be able to sustain long periods of sitting, being on the phone and working on a computer – multitask capable. Employees must possess comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually through Microsoft Teams and Zoom
