Job Overview:
Cross Country Locums is currently seeking a physician with expertise in corrections medicine to provide medical care at a correctional facility in Idaho. The ideal candidate will have the ability to see patients on a daily basis, supervise nurse practitioners or physician assistants if needed, and perform suturing and splinting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- See patients daily (15-20) and supervise NP/PA's as required
- Perform suture and splint procedures
- Work 40 hours weekly (Monday-Friday) or 4 x 10-hour shifts if preferred
- Available immediately after credentialing process (approximately 7-10 days)
- Mileage, lodging (if needed), and malpractice insurance will be covered
