Scope of Work
General dentistry including extractions. 14-18 patients a day / 45% pediatrics use Nitrous Oxide Gas.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : CA DDS / DMD license, DEA certification, Malpractice coverage, Photo ID, BLS certification, takes 4 weeks.
