Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific conditions and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach programs as needed.
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in NH or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
