Job Description:

Pickleball Pro - Reports to the Director of Tennis

• Assist the DOT in the development of programs for juniors and adults including competitive and recreational activities.

• Attend all the weekly and monthly racquets meetings.

• Complete daily administrative duties such as charging for lessons and clinic attendance.

• Assist with the maintenance of the courts and tennis facility.

• Assist with member communications.

• Enhance member experience by proactively engaging the membership in all racquet sports.

• The Racquets Professional will report directly to the Director of Tennis and General Manager

Responsibilities:

• The right candidate must be self-motivated with an outgoing personality and strong communication, management, and leadership skills.

• The Pickleball Professional will assist in the development of the Pickleball program. Experience teaching Pickleball or willingness to get certified is a must.

Requirements:

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications

• PTR, PPR, USPTA Certifications

• Minimum of college tennis level and at least 2 years of teaching experience is preferred

Compensation:

• Commission and performance based

• 15-20 Hours
