Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Manager with extensive experience in buying, merchandising, and event planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and business acumen to drive sales and enhance the overall retail experience.

Responsibilities:

• Retail Management
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in retail management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and timely replenishment.
• Buying & Merchandising
  • Source and purchase products that align with store objectives and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales trends and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product appeal and customer engagement.
  • Manage product pricing, promotions, and markdowns in alignment with company goals.
• Event Planning
  • Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and seasonal displays to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate logistics, including staffing, budgeting, and vendor relations, for seamless execution.
  • Assess event performance and gather customer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
• Sales & Customer Experience
  • Set sales targets and implement strategies to exceed performance goals.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring top-tier service and quick resolution of concerns.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine product offerings and services.
• Reporting & Analysis 
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and team performance for upper management.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve business operations and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, with expertise in buying, merchandising, and event planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of sales data and customer trends.
• Creative problem-solving skills to enhance merchandising and event success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
