Position Summary
SIGN ON BONUS
Under direct supervision prepares, administers, and documents medications and performs functions as a certified nursing assistant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Following accepted practices and regulations, prepares, administers, and documents medications for residents
- Completes/updates the Electronic Medication Report, as required
- Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed
- Assists residents with eating where needed and record food intake
- Reads and follows daily care plans. Performs assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures, monitors and records vital signs, reports changes in resident’s condition to the charge nurse, documents care provisions on resident record/flow sheets as required and reports accidents and incidents
- Maintains resident confidentiality. Complies with all company, state, and OSHA standards
- Performs other related duties as required or requested
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of long term care C.N.A experience
- Must have active state CMA license/certification
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English

Work Environment – Office
This job operates in a professional office environment with minimal exposure to dust, chemicals or noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
