Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a dynamic leader to organize and manage the care and provision of services to our residents living within our village, to promote their health, safety, and well-being.
This opening is for a full-time salaried position working Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Occasional evening, night and weekend hours may be required.

Job Description:
As the Director of Village Health Services, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Overseeing and coordinating the delivery of care and services to villagers including formulating, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures related to the health and well-being of villagers.
- Facilitating communication among members of an interdisciplinary team to ensure villagers’ safety and well-being in accordance with admission and transfer protocols.
- Demonstrating highly-engaged and compassionate leadership. Working collaboratively with villagers, their physicians, POAs, family members, CKV-TBHC team members, CKV-TBHC Medical Directors and off-campus community resources.
- Serving as the primary CKV-TBHC contact with off-campus service providers. Identifying gaps in available services needed by villagers and providing leadership in developing or contracting for these services.
- In collaboration with the RL Administrator and Chief Operating Officer, develops opportunities for partnerships and additional services for villagers and the CKV-TBHC community. Overseeing credentialing process for all residential living service providers.
- Overseeing 24/7 health emergency response protocols for villagers. Collaborating with other CKV-TBHC leaders to provide coverage as needed.
- Collaborating with dining services and transportation teams for the provision of services to villagers as needed.
- Ensuring efficient and appropriate use of electronic medical record programs and devices by residential health team and compliance with HIPAA and cybersecurity protocols.
- Consulting with CKV-TBHC Infection Prevention Nurse and Director of Housekeeping & Laundry regarding best practices for infection control.
- Arranging for vaccination clinics and reporting participation outcomes to appropriate CKV-TBHC leaders.
- Assuring billing is submitted in a timely manner for billable services provided to villagers by Cross Keys @ Home team members.
- Overseeing risk management, infection reporting and incident reporting protocols for residential living.
- Guiding the process for regular periodic review of villagers with health concerns to assess their status, safety and well-being. Leading review of data collected and development of programs and interventions to meet identified needs. .
- Assuring that resident’s rights are protected in compliance with CKV-TBHC policies and procedures. Overseeing process for required documentation and record keeping among direct reports. Preparing and delivering oral and written reports for campus-wide Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and other programs as needed.
- Supervises, hires, evaluates, motivates, coaches and disciplines residential health and residential support team members in compliance with Human Resource policies.
- Promoting teamwork and implementing strategies to achieve department and community goals.
- Identifying and coordinating training programs designed to improve skills of team members to improve the quality of service to those served.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in social work, case management or similar course work or be licensed as a nurse.
- Minimum of five years of professional clinical experience with demonstrated increasing level of responsibility required.
- CPR certification is required.
- Must Possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
