Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's needs. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, leveraging various platforms and tools to identify potential candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent and build relationships with educational institutions.
- Utilize Lever and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and streamline the hiring process.
- Perform thorough interviewing processes, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Engage in talent management activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Assist in training development for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve processes.
- Utilize ADP and Salesforce for maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools such as Lever for tracking candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and practices is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ADP or Salesforce systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
