Salary Range : $100,000 - $220,000 per year (14-Month Salary System)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or personal care . This role is pivotal in driving business growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and forging key partnerships with high-profile brands, influencers, and retailers.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of luxury consumers, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development within the high-end fashion or beauty space.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities (partnerships, joint ventures, market expansions).
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance revenue and market presence.
  • Conduct market research to analyze emerging luxury trends and competitive landscapes.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with luxury brands, retailers, influencers, and key stakeholders .
  • Negotiate high-value strategic partnerships aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure long-term collaborations that drive mutual brand growth.
  • Market Expansion

  • Identify new geographic and demographic markets for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings for new and existing audiences .
  • Guide market entry strategies for new product categories or international expansion.
  • Trend Analysis & Product Alignment

  • Stay ahead of luxury fashion and beauty trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Work with the product team to align offerings with exclusive collections and limited editions .
  • Leverage influencer-driven insights to enhance brand positioning.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking

  • Drive business growth through innovative partnerships and market expansion .
  • Set and track clear KPIs for business development initiatives .
  • Use data insights to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure business alignment.
  • Support product launches and influencer campaigns to maximize visibility.
  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide regular reports on market trends, partnership performance, and business growth metrics .
  • Use data-driven insights to forecast opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Qualifications & Skills Must-Have :

    5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.

    Proven track record in luxury fashion, beauty, or personal care industries .

    Strong networking and relationship-building skills with high-end brands & retailers.

    Deep knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and e-commerce trends .

    Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

    Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure long-term deals.

    Experience in contract negotiations and market expansion strategies .

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice-to-Have :

    Experience working with influencers and high-net-worth clientele .

    Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and omnichannel sales .

    Leadership experience mentoring and managing teams .

    Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and market intelligence software .
