Provide engineering service and support to performing basic tasks requiring basic application of engineering fundamentals in support of the design modification, operation and independent assessment of facilities.

o Perform basic analysis and designs in support of systems, programs and projects.

o Perform problem resolution via plant process.

o Assist in audits, test and inspections. Use engineering judgment in evaluating results or findings

Position Overview

This role provides engineering service and technical support for the design, modification, operation, and assessment of industrial facilities. The position involves performing engineering analysis, problem resolution, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in engineering principles , experience in conducting design evaluations and system assessments , and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team .

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Support :

• Perform basic engineering analysis and design to support systems, programs, and projects .
• Provide independent technical evaluations and assist in the modification and operation of facility systems.
• Use engineering methods and calculations to assess existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Conduct problem resolution activities within plant processes and report findings.

Required :

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and theories .

Proficiency in computer applications for engineering design and analysis .

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .

Preferred :

Experience with arc flash studies and medium voltage power distribution .

Technical leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams.

Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex projects .

Knowledge of multi-discipline engineering principles to support cross-functional initiatives.

Understanding of team collaboration, accountability, and open communication to align with company core values.
