NORAM System Project Manager

1 Yearlong Contract- could be foot in the door for other role on a permanent basis

Onsite in Louisville CO- may offer some hybrid opportunity once project gets up and running

This role will be part of the Global Project Cybele implementation team focused on the North American (NORAM) region. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing the execution of a detailed project plan for the implementation of a new system within the NORAM organization as well as tracking project KPIs and producing a project dashboard.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define the goals, deliverables, and resources necessary to support the project objectives

Develop detailed project plan and associated documentation

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and devise contingency plans

Compile resourcing needs and identify SMEs needed to achieve project goals

Manage project and task communication to NORAM working group

Create tracking and reporting mechanisms to keep project team and management informed of KPIs, project status and progress toward milestones

Manage project alignment with Global PMO organization and provide project status updates as needed

Identify and manage project dependencies, constraints, risks, and critical path.

Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

5 years of experience driving large-scale projects

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

Strong drive for results and demonstrated ability to bring projects to completion

Strong written and oral communication skills appropriate for all levels of the organization

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields -or- equivalent experience.

Experience with project management in CPGs a plus.
