We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Senior Associate Brand Manager to join our yogurt brand team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing brand in the yogurt category. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. You will play a critical role in driving brand equity, innovation, and business performance, while collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Building & Equity Development :
- Lead social media and influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with the cross-functional Social Center of Excellence to build and enhance the brand's presence.
- Support media planning and execution in collaboration with agency partners to ensure effective and impactful campaigns.
- Own Shopper Marketing and Consumer Promotions strategy and execution, collaborating with internal customer teams and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive toolkits and marketing materials to support retail activation and in-store execution.
