Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Shipping / Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our daily logistics and warehouse functions. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Supervise a team of 7 truck drivers and 2 warehouse order pullers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Fleet Maintenance : Oversee the upkeep of delivery vehicles, coordinating routine maintenance, oil changes, and necessary repairs to ensure all trucks are in optimal condition.
• Logistics Coordination : Develop and implement efficient delivery routes, leveraging in-depth knowledge of DFW roadways to optimize delivery and pickup schedules.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure all vehicles and personnel are equipped with appropriate safety gear, adhering to industry regulations and company safety protocols.
• Order Fulfillment : Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to guarantee timely and accurate order pulling, ensuring readiness for next-day deliveries.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries or warehouse operations promptly, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.
• Cross-Functional Communication : Liaise effectively with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
