Cross River’s Commercial Banking Group is looking for an experienced SBA servicer to join the team. The role will work alongside the Business Lending Servicing team to support the ongoing servicing and portfolio management of Cross River’s SBA and C&I portfolio of loans.

What We're Looking For
Cross River’s Commercial Banking Group is looking for an experienced SBA servicer to join the team. The role will work alongside the Business Lending Servicing team to support the ongoing servicing and portfolio management of Cross River’s SBA and C&I portfolio of loans.
Responsibilities:
- Process loan payments, including principal, interest, and escrow payments
- Prepare and send monthly payment statements to borrowers
- Analyze financials and perform annual reviews to monitor the health of the loan portfolio
- Monitor and communicate with borrowers on updated financials per the conditions of the loan closing
- Monitor loan performance and identifying potential risks
- Process loan modifications, extensions, and other changes
- Maintain accurate records of loan balances, payments, and other relevant information
- Manage loan documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and other relevant documents
- Respond to inquiries from borrowers and other stakeholders regarding their loans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Monitor insurance coverage on collateral properties
- Monitor UCC filings and all post-closing items
- Reconcile loan transactions and general ledgers
- Prepare payoff statements and coordinate items and documents for collateral release
- Assist with escrow disbursements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 3 years of relevant SBA servicing experience
- Familiarity with SBA 1502 Reporting
- Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight time constraints
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
