Cross River’s Commercial Banking Group (“CBG”) is looking for a Capital Markets Lead to support the team’s capital market efforts with their commercial suite of products, including commercial real estate, construction, lender finance, healthcare, and SBA portfolios. The Lead will work with the Structured Finance team to create innovative solutions that align with market conditions and support business goals.

What We're Looking For
Cross River’s Commercial Banking Group (“CBG”) is looking for a Capital Markets Lead to support the team’s capital market efforts with their commercial suite of products, including commercial real estate, construction, lender finance, healthcare, and SBA portfolios. The Lead will work with the Structured Finance team to create innovative solutions that align with market conditions and support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all CBG’s capital markets deal activity and transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, structuring, marketing, and executing on syndications, loans sales, and related activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, including commercial banks, insurance companies, and other institutional lenders
- Generate deal flow and maintain and manage pipeline
- Conduct financial modeling, analyzing transactions to optimize structure and maximize proceeds
- Prepare marketing materials, deal summaries, and term sheets
- Perform and assist on project-level due diligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally, as well as with external parties, to facilitate transactions
- Stay abreast of market trends and track comparable transactions and third-party lender activities
- Report on business forecasts, financials, and other key metrics
- Represent team at industry conferences and investor events
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5 years of relevant capital markets experience with a proven successful sales record
- Thorough knowledge of banking trends, competition, regulations, and banking compliance policies and procedures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight time constraints
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
