Our Client is a leading provider of high-quality specialty chemicals for the paper and pulp industry. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance our customers' productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. This is a fully remote position with travel to customer locations.

Position Overview :

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with large paper mill corporations. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at large paper mill corporations.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to secure strategic partnerships.
  • Customer Needs Analysis : Understand the unique needs and challenges of your corporate customers, providing tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Negotiation : Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Account Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales within the paper and pulp industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of paper and pulp manufacturing processes and associated chemistries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive base salary of $175,000 - $190,000.
  • Strong bonus package based on performance.
