With over 20 years of experience, we have curated a highly qualified, personable team dedicated to guiding clients through the remodeling process.

As a Luxury Sales Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with high-end clientele, guiding them through the luxury remodeling process from concept to completion. Your ability to offer a consultative approach, understand clients' needs, and communicate sophisticated design solutions will be essential to your success. You will work closely with our design and construction teams, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing channels.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' vision, lifestyle, and project scope.
  • Present and promote CROSS's luxury remodeling services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay informed on luxury design trends, premium materials, and high-end remodeling techniques.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a minimum 80% close ratio of qualified leads that sign Design Agreements and Project Evaluations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding CROSS's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury remodeling, high-end real estate, or design-build sales.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to connect with affluent clientele.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of architectural plans, construction processes, and premium materials.
  • Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetic details.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to fit the needs and preferences of different clients.
