Job description :

The ideal Member Services Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment.

This is NOT a receptionist job; its about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services.

A day in the life :

All reservations are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time starting and keeping empowering conversations with our members and guests

Youre educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based mens grooming club

You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas

Youre completing all of our personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best

Compensation : $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
