What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Software position at Crossbar Inc.?
Cramium Labs ( is a division of CrossBar, Inc. designing microcontrollers, hardware devices, and security system products. We are seeking team members to specify, design, implement, debug, and certify complex security SOCs and related devices and software. Software includes Cloud, Mobile, Blockchain / Smart Contract, embedded (microcontroller) firmware, and cryptographic algorithm libraries. We are presently seeking a high level manager (title can be discussed) for the Cloud, Mobile App, and Blockchain / Smart Contract groups.
There is also opportunity for a founder / VP-level position in CrossBar or a spinoff of CrossBar.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage activities of Cloud software, Mobile Application, and Blockchain departments.
- Serve as manager for the employees of these groups.
- Help guide company on the capabilities needed in these areas
- Help build teams to execute projects in these areas.
- Participate in security certification of relevant components
- Oversee design, implementation, test, integration, deployment and maintenance of Software in these areas.
- Work with other departments (such as Hardware, ASIC) on overall product architecture and deployment.
Job Requirements
10 years of experience in software engineering.
Pay Range : $100,000 - $165,000 per year
Salary : $100,000 - $165,000
