Position Overview:
The Condo Review Specialist will be responsible for the assessment of condo projects originated though our Retail platform for FHA, VA and conventional loans. Clear and accurate communication through the origination and processing department is a must. Experience in the use of Condo Project Manager (CPM), HRAP and DELRAP submissions are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Critically analyze, evaluate and decision condo project documentation in accordance with all agency, government and investor guidelines and standards
- Complete comprehensive project reviews in a timely manner to meet service level expectations
- Maintain pipeline and communicate issues to homeowner associations, Appraisers, Processor and Originators
- Remains informed and current on all agency and investor guidelines and updates
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Works with post-closing department on any stipulations for closed files
- FHA and/or VA designations
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 years condo project review experience
- Proficient knowledge of industry standard computer programs
- Through understanding of all agency, government and investor underwriting policies
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines while maintaining professional standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to provide exceptional customer service
- SAR or DE Preferred
