Job Description:
The Loan Partner will be responsible for managing lead intake, following up with clients and referral partners, and ensuring timely loan application processing. This position requires excellent time management, communication, and data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm appointments and manage lead tracking.
- Set appointments and manage lead conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and referral partners.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records of lead progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
