Job Description:
The Sales Assistant supports CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC's mortgage loan officers in daily duties to increase loan production levels. They work directly with customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate timely loan closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, which may include phone and computer work, printing, copying, scanning, and obtaining necessary information via phone or email
- Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers
- Review documents and entire loan files, highlighting deficiencies, and notifying mortgage loan officers and/or loan processors
- Clarify and correct information, as necessary, via phone or email
- Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and/or loan processors
- Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, along with 203K and reverse mortgage products
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Salesforce experience, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
