Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to work within our operating hours of 7 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM CST, Monday to Friday . The initial schedule will be 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM , but flexibility is required for extended hours during high call volumes or emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers through inbound / outbound calls, email, and chat .
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Utilize customer service software and multi-line phone systems to assist clients.
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
