What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid HR GENERALIST II position at Crossfire Consulting Corporation?
Job Description :
Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc.
Will provide direct support to the HR Director.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in any HR related field based on position.
To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc.
Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need.
Position Requirements : Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week, some travel approx 10%
