Standard Business Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday
Flexible Start Time: Between 7 AM – 9 AM (Preferred in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred, but open to educational background).
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in generalist functions.
Strong employee relations, business partnership, and consulting experience.
Experience in performance management, investigations, and compliance.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist II to join our nuclear corporate HR team on a 6–12 month contract. This role focuses on HR consulting, business partnership, and employee relations, supporting employees at all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership. The HR Generalist II will collaborate with departments to manage workforce HR applications, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives.
This hybrid position requires onsite work three days a week at our Kennett Square, PA location, with flexible start times between 7 AM – 9 AM during standard business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday).
Key Responsibilities:Partner with departments to support HR applications, workforce management, and employee relations.
Conduct client group meetings and assist in investigations related to workplace behaviors, code of business conduct, and performance management.
Assist in recruiting senior and executive-level positions.
Provide administrative and tactical HR support for a non-represented workforce.
Assist in scheduling, interviewing, and collaborating with recruiters.
Support the HR Director with various HR projects, including benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, and safety programs.
Participate in special projects and assist during peak periods.
Receive on-the-job training in HR applications and performance management.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
