Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and production of marketing materials on time and on budget through project oversight, including guiding assets through SME and Compliance review while ensuring quality and adherence to internal standards and external regulations
- Create and maintain detailed project plans from strategy/launch to execution/optimization, assembling appropriate stakeholders for collaboration, support, and approvals using the Workfront platform
- Collaborate with Marketing Strategists and team members to contribute to strategic planning and story development
- Contribute to global prioritization and capacity management, anticipating and resolving cross-project impacts
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies aligned with business needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for project status and information
- Review, proof, and edit communication materials, presentations, and marketing content for accuracy and message consistency
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing/communications project management, preferably in insurance and financial services
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium and complex projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills with proven track record of collaborative project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to quickly absorb new information
- Superior verbal and written communication skills (experience in product, channel, or consumer marketing a plus)
- Self-directed and proactive work style requiring minimal supervision
- Critical eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improved efficiency through modern marketing tools
- Exceptional time management and workflow skills
