What are the responsibilities and job description for the COE Engineer - III position at Crossfire Consulting?
Will be completely remote, Eastern zone
Monday - Friday 7am to 7 pm, 40 hr work week (mostly 8-5 but needs to be flexible)
Assist contractors in field that install radio equipment to improve cell site:
Support includes adding fiber, checking light levels, installing new radios, software/radio upgrades and configurations
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
-Knowledge of antenna system RF concepts. -
Knowledge of Samsung USM and Nokia WebEM
: -Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of relevant work experience.
LOGISTICS: Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm ET including an hour lunch break (8hr shift)
Additional hours may be needed to support from 7:00am to 7:00pm ET

-Knowledge of antenna system RF concepts. -
Knowledge of Samsung USM and Nokia WebEM
- Knowledge of LTE, VoLTE and 5G KPIs
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- PIM/VSWR/MIMO/RET experience including knowledge of fiber and LTE radio heads
- Electronics training in telecommunications
- Training in data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, computer support, project management, or power.
- Mobile Voice and Data Network infrastructure experience -Experience troubleshooting antenna systems from the transmitter to antenna.
- Training in the following areas: data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, telecommunications, computer support, project management, and/or power.
- Remotely supporting general contractors swapping radio equipment on cell site antenna systems
- Running work orders within internal tools
- Performing health checks on recently converted sites (analyzing KPIs and RF health)
- Performing checks on 5G Home customers that may have been impacted during equipment swaps
- Documenting tasks performed within internal tools
- Engaging appropriate teams when needed
