CRM Marketing Consultant Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) focused on nurturing customer relationships
- Create comprehensive marketing briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience insights, and desired outcomes
- Partner with data strategists to define and segment target audiences for personalized messaging
- Manage agency relationships and provide strategic direction throughout the creative development process
- Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Design and implement customer appreciation programs that recognize and reward loyalty
- Optimize onboarding experiences and post-purchase campaigns to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with business intelligence to address key drivers of early tenure churn
- 7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing with focus on CRM, email marketing, and lifecycle marketing
- Deep understanding of customer re-engagement and retention strategies
- Strong experience with direct and digital marketing channels
- Expertise with Marketo
- Proven ability to manage external agencies and vendor relationships
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative
- BS in Marketing, MBA preferred
- Telecommunications industry and wireless marketing experience
- Small business marketing experience
- Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
