About The Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical CRM Marketing Consultant to join our high-performing Business Markets Segment Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven loyalty and retention campaigns to drive engagement, optimize revenue, reduce early tenure churn, and strengthen customer relationships through seamless onboarding and post-purchase experiences.

CRM Marketing Consultant Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) focused on nurturing customer relationships
  • Create comprehensive marketing briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience insights, and desired outcomes
  • Partner with data strategists to define and segment target audiences for personalized messaging
  • Manage agency relationships and provide strategic direction throughout the creative development process
  • Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs to continuously improve program effectiveness
  • Design and implement customer appreciation programs that recognize and reward loyalty
  • Optimize onboarding experiences and post-purchase campaigns to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with business intelligence to address key drivers of early tenure churn

CRM Marketing Consultant Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing with focus on CRM, email marketing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Deep understanding of customer re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Strong experience with direct and digital marketing channels
  • Expertise with Marketo
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies and vendor relationships
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in Marketing, MBA preferred
  • Telecommunications industry and wireless marketing experience
  • Small business marketing experience
  • Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Passionate about driving customer engagement and loyalty
