Working together with the Sr. HR Consultant - EEO/AA, you will serve as liaison for the day-to-day subject matter expert and advisor for the company's Affirmative Action Program, Reasonable Workplace Accommodations, and EEO Compliance requirements.

Working together with the Sr. HR Consultant - EEO/AA, you will serve as liaison for the day-to-day subject matter expert and advisor for the company's Affirmative Action Program, Reasonable Workplace Accommodations, and EEO Compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
EEO/AA Compliance
- Provide internal data requests for labor market data and other ad hoc reporting needs
- Assist Sr. Consultant with EEO compliance initiatives, including:
- Annual NJ Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA)
- NJ-Gender Equity training
- Official Bulletin Board compliance
- Self-identification invitations
- Collaborate with Sr. Consultant and vendor to create required AAP reports and workplace demographic self-audit reports
- Deliver training and one-on-one consultations on AAP goals to Leadership and HR
- Develop action plans to address underutilized job groups
- Partner with vendor to complete EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reporting
- Provide guidance to recruiters and HR on Talent Acquisition hiring matters
- Support management of disability (ADA), pregnancy (PWFA), and religious workplace accommodation processes by:
- Engaging in the interactive process
- Maintaining HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping
- Drafting correspondence to employees and healthcare providers
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years experience in a compliance role, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Title VII, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, VEVRAA, FMLA, ADA, and PWFA
- Strong proficiency in:
- SAP SuccessFactors
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strategic problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and demanding workload
- Self-starter who stays current with industry changes and developments
