TDM Network Researcher

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented TDM Network Researcher to join our team in identifying and resolving data integrity issues within our Telecommunication provisioning systems. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing our TDM DS3 Access Network utilization.

Work Location & Schedule

• Hybrid work model
• Monthly onsite requirement: Fourth Thursday of each month (subject to change)
• 12 month contract
• Standard 8-hour workday
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and correct data errors within Telecommunication provisioning systems
• Analyze and resolve issues affecting TDM DS3 Access Network utilization
• Collaborate with provisioning and service delivery teams to implement solutions
• Work both independently and as part of a team to resolve complex data integrity challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of system corrections
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and logical decision-making abilities
• Proven attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Workspace
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Provisioning or Network Engineering within Telecommunications
• Working knowledge of three or more of the following provisioning systems:
• Netpro (PC)
• COMS
• F&E
• TCOMs
• BGW
• VRD
• eASR
• CAMEO
