Custodian

We are looking for several custodians that have 1 year of Floor tech experience to join a large healthcare system in Baltimore, MD. Ideal candidates would be comfortable with riding floor cleaners, Burnishing floors and strip and wax.

Shifts

• 3rd Shift 11pm – 7:30 am Sun – Thurs

Daily Duties:

• Maintain Floors

• Burnish floors

• Top Scrub

• Strip and Wax

• Carpet Care experience

• Pressure Washer experience

• Willing to step in and help anywhere they are needed

• Willing to learn new things / skills

• Willing to “move around” This department services 80 buildings

• Must have good communication skills. If you are going to be late communicate! If you don’t feel well, text your manager. Don’t get caught on an unauthorized break when you could simply let someone know
