QC Lab Technician

Our client, a major chemical manufacturer, is looking for a contract  QC Lab Technician to support production at its Greenville, Ohio, site.

This is a long-term contract role with a starting pay rate of $25.00 / hour. For the right candidate, an extension or direct hire is possible. Benefits are available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods using HPLC, GC , and other analytical methods (e.g., particle size analyzer, viscometer, density meter).
• Document and report analytical data accurately following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage laboratory consumables, including inventory of HPLC columns, reference standards, and control samples.
• Identify and implement improvements in laboratory processes and workflows.
• Escalate Out-of-Spec materials to the QC Lab Supervisor for review.
• Adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental standards.
