Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Ability to be empathetic with customers while being analytical in processing.
- Achieve and maintain call center KPIs, ensuring consistent high-quality service. Strive to fulfill our business day.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any inter-departmental challenges.
- Outbound calling with enthusiasm to schedule customers, service, maintenance, and retail opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest
Talents and Skills Required:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and empathetic customer interactions.
- Proficiency woring with softwares or a CRM tool.
