About the Position:
This travel opportunity involves working as a Radiology Tech in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for operating departmental equipment, assisting with procedures, and providing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care, monitoring their responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Assist physicians and other health team members during medical procedures
- Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and ultrasound devices
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At minimum 1 - 2 years' experience preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
- Interpersonal Skills – ability to work with diverse personnel (professional and support staff)
- Technical Skills - the ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment
