We’re hiring our first Product Marketer to lead the ATLAS go-to-market (GTM) strategy and lay the foundation for product marketing!

In this role, you will shape the narrative around ATLAS—enabling internal teams and customers to understand its value, drive product adoption, and work cross-functionally to achieve growth and revenue goals. This role will define our positioning and differentiation in the market, helping drive the industrial sector toward sustainable transformation.

Develop & Execute the Product Marketing Strategy

  • Lead ATLAS’s GTM strategy, from core messaging to campaigns targeting key personas.
  • Craft differentiated value propositions that resonate with buyers and users.
  • Build competitive positioning, pricing models, and packaging frameworks.
  • Drive engagement through compelling storytelling, product showcases, and ROI-driven messaging.

Act as the Voice of the Customer & Market

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and surface insights that influence product strategy.
  • Identify proof points and develop strategies and case studies to share and highlight ATLAS’s impact.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally to Enable Success

  • Work closely with internal teams to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Enable sales with resources to support adoption, expansion and change management.
  • Influence product roadmap with customer insights and market data.
  • About You

  • Qualifications

  • 8 years of product marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise settings.
  • Proven success developing and executing GTM strategies and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience driving data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events and customer meetings.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the heavy industrial sector is a plus.
